Surrey Community Harm Reduction Group
The Surrey Community Harm Reduction Group is a multi-agency partnership that works to co-ordinate Anti Social Behaviour (ASB) and Serious and Organised Crime (SOC) reduction and disruption activities that require a joined up approach across the county.
The Surrey Community Harm Reduction Forum provides networking and learning opportunities for professionals, shares good practice and keeps colleagues informed of Surrey-wide activity and developments in national policy and practice. Becoming a member of the forum gives professionals free access to two learning and networking events each year held in March and October and regular email updates. Anti-Social Behaviour Case Review Framework
The ASB Case Review (previously known as the Community Trigger) gives victims of anti social behaviour the right to request a review of their ASB complaints and brings agencies such as the local council, police and housing providers, together to take a joined up, problem solving approach to find a solution. This framework provides a consistent approach to dealing with the community trigger across Surrey, defining the threshold and process for undertaking an ASB case review and templates for community trigger submissions.

Community Protection Notice Framework
Introduced by the ASB Crime and Policing Act 2014 (PDF), Community Protection Notices (CPNs) are intended to deal with on-going problems of nuisance which have a negative effect on the community's quality of life. The notice will direct the individual, business or organisation responsible to stop causing the problem and it could also require the person responsible to take reasonable steps to ensure that it does not occur again. This framework provides a consistent approach to issuing CPNs across Surrey and templates for both the initial warning letter and the CPN itself.
